Shipping Policy

We understand the importance of timely delivery. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order cutoff time: 1:00 am Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5)
  • Handling time: All orders are handled in 1-2 business days.
  • Average delivery time: Your orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, with an average delivery time of 8 business days. In rare cases and destinations, it may take up to 15 business days.
  • International warehouse system: We ship from globally distributed warehouses to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Delivery companies: We use a number of local and global delivery companies for shipping, such as USPS, DHL, FEDEX, Canada Post, etc.
  • Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Shipping Costs: Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout. Shipping is free on orders over $30.
  • Packaging: We believe in simple, eco-friendly packaging. Our items arrive with ample padding, but without any fluff. We don’t spend extra on extravagant packaging so we can save you the cost, and do good for the environment.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase:

  • Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to initiate a return.
  • Item Condition: Returns must be in original condition and packaging, unused, with all labels attached.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% fee applies for returns due to change of mind. There is no restocking fee for returns of defective products.
  • Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service for return instructions and warehouse address.
  • Return shipping label: Provided via email after contacting Ethelier concerning the nature of the return.
  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping upon change of mind.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customer-damaged items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
  • Items unsuitable for resale due to damaged packaging

Guarantee for Damaged or Non-Working Items

If you receive a damaged or non-functioning item:

  1. Report the issue within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  2. Provide visual evidence: a video or at least 3 photos from different angles.
  3. We’ll assess the damage and arrange for a free return, refund, or replacement as appropriate.
  4. Ethelier covers return shipping costs on damaged/defective items.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in 1-10 working days, depending on payment method.

They are issued to original payment method unless specified otherwise by Ethelier.

Replacement Option: We can provide a replacement product, even if slightly higher in value.

Product Availability

We source products internationally to offer competitive prices and unique items. While we update our inventory daily, occasional unavailability may occur after order placement. In such cases, we’ll promptly notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
