Shipping, returns & exchanges

Here are answers to some common questions we have received. If your question is not among them, don’t hesitate in contacting us.

Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, with an average delivery time of 8 business days.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition and packaging, unused, with all labels attached.

A 10% restocking fee applies for returns due to change of mind. No fee applies if the item is damaged or defective.

Non-returnable items include customer-damaged items, personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, and items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, Ethelier covers the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 1-10 working days, depending on the payment method used.

Report the issue within 14 days of receipt and provide visual evidence (a video or at least 3 photos from different angles). We’ll assess the damage and arrange for a return, refund, or replacement as appropriate.
